Charter Coordinator

**Title**:
Charter Coordinator Intern

**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for planning ideal charter flight route and services within the EMEA region. In this fast paced and exciting area of our business, you will perform an important regional role ensuring a smooth, efficient supply of our services within logistics and certain quality functions based on GDP Guidelines. You will support the Logistics team with all aspects of their transportation and quality needs, ensuring the quality of our shipments is maintained throughout the supply chain.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Planning, execution, client communication of charters
- Support Billing to maximise return of investment with billing models, explanations and supervision
- First point of contact for internal stakeholders, Business Development and customers for all Charters
- Continuously review Marken volumes and adjust solutions if necessary

**General**
- Capable of interacting effectively with all levels of personnel in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Travel for business purpose.

**Requirement**s**:

- Solid, progressive experience in all aspects of logistics
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions, multi-task, and prioritize
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Advanced level skills in MS Excel such as working with formulas, data tables, pivot charts, queries, custom functions, data management, and analysis
- Be able to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and inter-company memos/outside correspondence
- Be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
