ABOUT THIS ROLE

Audible is looking for a Deal and Production Operations Working Student to join our Team. In this position, you will support our deal and production operation specialists with the management of all administrative work around Audible’s exclusive and original titles. You will take ownership of data transfers between tools, asset requests and tracking as well as invoice management. You will become a true member of our team and will aid the team in shaping processes and quality standards across the business.

As Working Student Deal and Production Operations, you will...
- Facilitate internal stakeholders - mainly the acquisition and production teams.
- Communicate and collect relevant release information from our external partners (i.e. publishers, authors and agencies).
- Maintain data changes across the acquisition, contract and production databases and trackers.
- Financial Onboarding: Support publishers, authors and agencies in setting up billing profiles.
- Oversee and process purchase orders, contracts and invoices.
- Support the team in administrative and operational tasks (i.e. requesting assets and tracking the invoices and processes around this).
- Create workflow charts and process training presentations.

Basic Qualifications
- You are enrolled in either your first Bachelor or Master in Berlin/Brandenburg and have at least 1 year of studies left.
- Business fluency in English and German.

Preferred Qualifications
- Additional European language ability (Spanish, French, or Italian in particular).
- Some experience (e.g. through internships) in the media industry is a bonus.
- You are interested in trends and new developments in culture, literature, film and video.
- You are able to take ownership and work independently.
- You have an eye for details, and work in a structured and qualitative manner.
- You have the ability to work on operational tasks within a creative environment.
- You have proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and you enjoy learning new tools.

OUR OFFER
- Support for ca. 20h per week, compensated with 14,-€ per hour.
