**Intern People & Culture (M/F/d) Global Learning Development**:

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Support the design and implementation of the training and development strategy
- Identify main training needs and support the preparation of the training plan for the entire organization
- Support the arrangement of trainings, engaging with external providers when necessary
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Support in e-learnings creation
- Act as a contributing team member in the Development area projects’ and the P&C Global Learning and Development team

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Training creation experience
- Good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent language skills in English (German or Spanish preferable)
- Drive to optimize
- Strong contact and communication skills
