**Intro Paragraph**:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring ERP projects. You will work closely with the different business units of the company to ensure that the implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is smooth and efficient.

**Your Job**:

- You will take overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution and monitoring of the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This includes configuring the system according to business requirements and best practices
- You work closely with the different departments of the company to understand and document their requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You identify potential solutions and ensure that the implementation meets the business requirements.
- You will perform configuration and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to ensure it meets the specific needs of the business. You will work with the development team to develop and implement customisations specific to the business.
- You will develop training programmes and materials for Dynamics 365 Business Central users. You will assist users with the implementation of the system and provide ongoing support and training to ensure they can use the system effectively.
- You plan and execute the migration of data from existing systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You ensure that data integrity is guaranteed and that all relevant data is migrated successfully.
- You are responsible for the regular maintenance and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You monitor system performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate measures.

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Sound knowledge of the modules and functions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its customisation options.
- Programming skills (e.g. C/AL, AL,.NET) for the adaptation and development of functions
- Good understanding of business processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills for requirements analysis and problem solving.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
