**Task Description**:
- Foundational Finance Knowledge
- Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, ledgers, journal entries).
- Familiarity with core financial statements—income statement, balance sheet, cash-flow statement—and how they interrelate.
- Introductory grasp of corporate finance concepts such as working capital, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Analytical & Quantitative Skills
- Comfort working with numbers, performing reconciliations, and validating data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret trends, spot anomalies, and draw concise conclusions from large data sets.
- Experience (coursework or extracurricular) with basic financial modeling or case studies is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, logical and lookup functions).
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools is advantageous.
- Basic familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort using collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, or Google Workspace).
- Attention to Detail & Accuracy
- Meticulous approach to data entry and document review; demonstrates low error rates.
