**What you will be doing**
- Designing and perpetually advancing an AI-driven learning system that surpasses traditional education, demonstrated by significant student achievement data improvements
- Interacting directly with students through virtual platforms to grasp their learning experiences, challenges, and accomplishments, using these insights for the continual enhancement of the learning system
- Extracting actionable insights from platform data to devise impactful academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational best practices
- Promoting a culture of innovative experimentation and data-driven decision-making to achieve substantial improvements in student growth
- Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to translate academic insights and student feedback into seamless product improvements

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Simply repackaging traditional education with an AI facade. This is about fundamentally reinventing learning, not replicating classroom instruction online.
- Analyzing data in isolation. Regular engagement with K-12 students, valuing their feedback as crucial input, is expected.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student outcomes across campuses. Integrate data analytics with regular student engagement to continually refine our learning ecosystem, as measured by AP exam results and MAP assessment growth.
- Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Leadership experience in education or EdTech
- Experience designing and implementing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational methodologies
- Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
