- Führung der Abteilung Logistik mit seinen Mitarbeitern
- Organisation des Non-Food-Lagers am Standort
- Logistikprozesse und Qualitätskontrolle überwachen
- Kommissionieren und De-Kommissionieren von Veranstaltungen
- Wöchentliche Fahrtenplanung
- Anleitungen und Dienstplanung der Abteilung Logistik
- Warenannahme, Warenprüfung, Warenlagerung, Warenrückgabe
- Beschaffung Materialien, Bestellung, Einkauf
- Fuhrparkinstandhaltung
- Instandhaltung technischer Geräte; Kleinstreparaturen
- Einsatz als Logistiker auf Veranstaltungen in und um Berlin

- Organisationstalent
