We are an early-stage company operating at the interception of high-growth startup and private equity investments.

As our Pre-Sales / Acquisition Intern you will have the chance to join our company just before moving into new international markets and growing our business significantly. You will play a key role in enabling this growth with an efficient acquisition process flow.

Tasks
- Support us with deal sourcing; sourcing exercises and updating pipeline information
- Analyse potential investment opportunities
- Take ownership and work highly independent on the deal flow
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions (e.g. due diligence coordination, preparation of decision papers)
- Help to optimize the internal databases and tools
- Work in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and help to turn our company into a unicorn

**Requirements**:

- You are studying business administration, economics, or another business-related degree
- You have already gained some M&A or sales experience through internships a fast-growing start-ups or consultancies
- You have exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
- You bring an outside perspective to the table and are not afraid to share your thoughts with us
- You are highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You enjoy having lots of responsibility
- You are fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus (preferably Spanish and/or French)
