**Head of Quality Assurance (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Tätigkeit**:

- Leadership in der Ausgestaltung des Qualitätsmanagements gemäß weltweit anerkannter Richtlinien für die pharmazeutische Herstellung
- Interaktion mit allen Abteilungen, insbesondere hinsichtlich qualitätsrelevanter Themen
- Mitwirken bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse der MiP Pharma
- Fortlaufende Anpassung des Qualitätsmanagement Systems an aktuelle Anforderungen und Entwicklungen
- Sicherstellung der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Reklamationen, Change-Anträgen und anderer in das CAPA-System einfließender Meldungen
- Leitung und Mitwirken in Audits und Inspektionen, Qualifizierung von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
- Führung Ihres QA-Teams

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise in der Sterilfertigung
- Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung der GMP-Regularien
- Gute Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken
- Klare proaktive Kommunikation mit der Fähigkeit auch komplexe Zusammenhänge einfach und nachvollziehbar darzustellen
- Selbständige und kostenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erste Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Souveräner Umgang mit MS-Office
