Wir planen, koordinieren und analysieren Marketingkampagnen, entwickeln Werbekonzepte und Content-Strategien, produzieren Inhalte und steuern Social-Media-Aktivitäten rund um das Thema Medizintourismus speziell auf dem Gebiet der Haartransplantation. **Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- **SEO-Strategieentwicklung**:Entwicklung und Umsetzung von SEO-Strategien speziell für E-Commerce-Plattformen zur Steigerung der organischen Sichtbarkeit, Traffic und Conversions.
- **Keyword-Recherche und Analyse**:Durchführung detaillierter Keyword-Analysen mit Fokus auf relevante Suchbegriffe im E-Commerce-Bereich, einschließlich transaktionaler Keywords.
- **On-Page-Optimierung**:Optimierung von Produktseiten, Kategorieseiten und Blogs, einschließlich Titel, Meta-Tags, URL-Struktur und interner Verlinkung.
- **Off-Page-SEO**:Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Backlink-Strategien, Zusammenarbeit mit Bloggern, Influencern und anderen Partnern zur Steigerung der Domain-Autorität.
- **Technisches SEO**:Sicherstellung der Website-Performance durch Optimierung von Ladezeiten, Mobile-Usability, Core Web Vitals und Crawlbarkeit.
- **Content-Strategie**:Zusammenarbeit mit Content-Erstellern zur Entwicklung von SEO-optimierten Inhalten, die sowohl den Nutzer als auch Suchmaschinen ansprechen.
- **Datenanalyse und Berichterstattung**:Kontinuierliche Analyse der SEO-Performance mithilfe von Tools wie Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc. Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte mit umsetzbaren Insights.
- **Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalyse**:Beobachtung von SEO-Trends im E-Commerce sowie Analyse von Wettbewerbern, um die eigenen Strategien kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

**Anforderungen**:

- **Berufserfahrung**:Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich SEO mit Fokus auf E-Commerce-Projekte.
- **Fachkenntnisse**:

- Nachweisliche Kenntnisse in On-Page-, Off-Page
- und technischem SEO.
- Erfahrung mit SEO-Tools wie SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog etc.
- Vertrautheit mit E-Commerce-Plattformen wie Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento o. Ä.
- **Analytische Fähigkeiten**:Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse mit Tools wie Google Analytics, Google Data Studio und Excel.
- **Technisches Verständnis**:Grundkenntnisse in HTML, CSS und JavaScript für SEO-relevante Änderungen von Vorteil.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit.
- Teamfähigkeit und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
