Are you a freelance B2B sales professional looking for structure, continuity, and high-level conversations? Then this might be your next long-term assignment.

At **Calltraders**, you'll work as a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** on premium outbound campaigns for leading brands in the IT and software space. Think of names like **SAP, IBM, Visma and Axians**. You’ll be calling senior managers and decision-makers, identifying commercial opportunities, and booking qualified meetings or demos, fully outbound, fully remote.

This assignment focuses on the **DACH region** (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You’ll step into an existing campaign that’s already running successfully, with the possibility to expand into a second project after onboarding.

You'll receive a structured onboarding in the first few weeks, including training, campaign immersion, coaching, and CRM setup. After that, you’ll work independently with clear expectations, full access to tools, and a strong project team around you. You’ll also participate in weekly check-ins and remote team sessions, we value integration and long-term collaboration, even across borders.

What we’re looking for:

- **C2-level German**, spoken and written (this is essential)
- **B2-level English** or higher (for internal communication)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation
- Availability for 3 or 4 fixed weekdays (Mon-Thu, 09:00-17:00 CET)
- You live and work within the **EU (CET timezone)**:

- You’re structured, independent and comfortable speaking to decision-makers
- Affinity with IT/SaaS is a plus, but curiosity matters more
