For our Head Office in Düsseldorf we are looking for a full-time:
**Logistics Controller**

**We are looking for you with...**... a big affinity for logistics, customer service and reporting, as well as experiencing joy of working with various stakeholders and passion for the beauty industry.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
**PERFORMANCE MONITORING**
- Contribute to Logistics budget construction and monitor Logistics Budget and expenses
- Manage and optimize performance (KPIs, Reporting)
- Be responsible for activity continuity, proper traceability and according reporting

**OPERATIONS**
- Coordinate e-warehouse and transportation and ensure cooperation with peers and 3PLs
- Participate in the planning for replenishment, launches and animation for e-stores
- Plan and optimize daily operations resources and medium term capacities vs activities
- Deploy short term and day-to-day activities to ensure efficient response to e-logistics defined strategy
- Steer warehouse processes to achieve on time in and out flows accuracy
- Manage/lead continuous improvement projects with 3PLs and DHL: optimize existing services and develop new ones to reduce cost, improve service levels and customer experience, in accordance also with our environmental policy.

**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Manage customer returns and customer/shipping claims clearance with CS team
- Steer the customer service - optimize the performance
