Finance Specialist - Group Reporting & Controlling (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Reporting**: Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS for the global Vibracoustic Group.
- ** Control**: Monitor P&L and Balance Sheet data for accuracy and ensure high-quality financial statement inputs, as well as deadline compliance.
- ** Support**: Assist global HFM users with reporting processes and contribute to technical testing and implementation of reporting improvements.
- ** Consolidation**: Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including consolidation of entity-level data and reporting to the parent company.
- ** Projects**: Contribute to planning processes, executive reporting, and ad hoc analysis. Anticipate rotational assignments in Corporate Controlling and BU Finance, to be determined upon availability.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable qualification.
- ** Experience**: Relevant practical experience in finance, accounting, or controlling - ideally in an internationally operating company.
- ** Skills**: Solid knowledge of financial statement preparation and consolidation practices; experience with IFRS preferred.
- ** Tools**: Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- ** Languages**: Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
