**Your responsibilities will include**

  • **Introduction and Development of the LMS**:Responsible for the complete implementation of the SuccessFactors Learning LMS in the Groupe FSD and continuous development of its features
  • **Data Maintenance and Support**: Supporting HR personnel in effective data maintenance within the LMS and providing training for optimal utilization
  • **International Training Programs**: Selection, implementation, and distribution of international training programs, with a particular focus on online training
  • **Instructional Design Support**: Assisting the Instructional Designer in the creation and implementation of in-house produced online training
  • **International HR Projects**: Actively participating in various international HR projects for the continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law
  • Relevant work experience in HR or HRIS
  • Experience in an international environment and in project management
  • Knowledge of personnel development and a strong affinity for IT systems
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Learning Administration or similar LMS is advantageous
  • Customer orientation, cultural sensitivity, teamwork, assertiveness, structured written expression
  • Detail-oriented, ability to maintain a helicopter view, and a strategic approach
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Proficient in negotiation-level English; knowledge of French and/or German is advantageous
