**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll**: Preparation of the monthly payroll in compliance with all social security and tax regulations.
- **Consulting**: Support and advice to departments on all HR-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
- **Contract Management**: Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, and reference letters, as well as supporting employees from onboarding to offboarding.
- **Communication**: Coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external contacts such as authorities, health insurance providers, and service providers.
