S&op Director

As an S&OP Director you will have the opportunity to design, deploy and lead the S&OP process across Pacoma. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by collating Sales and Operations figures and forecasting our manufacturing output capabilities.

So, what will you be doing as an S&OP Director?
- Design and deploy an integrated, enterprise wide, cross functional process to optimize sales, cylinder assembly and inbound raw material and component deliveries across Pacoma’s supply chain
- Responsible for leading a monthly S&OP process to optimize customer deliveries, manufacturing schedules and component deliveries with the objective of achieving +95% Customer OTIF and mínimal inventories
- Identify and develop near and longer term continuous improvement actions related supply chain risks, such as lead times, internal and supplier capacity constraints as well as economic risks
- Improve forecasting accuracy
- Establish monthly Supply Chain target and KPIs
- Member of the Pacoma leadership team
- Support Sales, Operations and Purchasing by identifying and help lead continuous improvement actions

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- Preferably degree in supply chain planning
- Previous experience in managing S&OP process in the automotive industry
- Minimum 5 years leading an automotive industry S&OP process
- Bias for action, sees opportunities, business mindset, strong teamwork skills, creates trust, clear communicator
