Du bringst mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung aus einer Kreativagentur mit und hast ein gutes Gespür für außergewöhnliche Kreation, für Ungesehenes und Neues. Du kannst innovative und schlaue Konzepte für Kampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Kreativdirektion entwickeln und gestalten. Du kannst Projekte selbstständig abwickeln und bringst Leidenschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit mit.

Dein Profil
- Du arbeitetest sicher mit allen gängigen Software-Programmen, insbesondere der Software Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop und Illustrator)
- Du bist begeisterungsfähig und arbeitest gerne im Team, deine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen konntest du bereits unter Beweis stellen
- Du hast ein kommunikatives, offenes, sicheres und selbstbewusstes Auftreten, arbeitest sorgfältig und gewissenhaft auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
- Du verfügst über fundierte Deutschkenntnisse und kannst sicher in deutscher Sprache präsentieren
- Du hast ein offenes Ohr für Ideen und Impulse
- Fokus für technische Machbarkeit und Usability
- Gespür und Leidenschaft für aktuelle Trends
- Große Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, verschiedenste Projekte parallel abzuwickeln

Deine Aufgaben
- Ausgeprägtes ästhetisches Empfinden und Gespür für zeitgemäßes Webdesign sowie höchste Ansprüche an die Arbeitsqualität
- Auswahl und Führung externer Dienstleister wie Filmproduktionen, Fotografen, Illustratoren etc.
- Betreuung der Postproduktion für Bewegtbild und Castings
- Führungserfahrung
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Gestaltungs
- und Kampagnenkonzepten
- Gestaltung und Layouterstellung für Bewegtbild, Print und Online
- Kampagnen auf ein hervorragendes Niveau zu bringen und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden umzusetzen
- Offenes Ohr für Ideen und Impulse
- Briefing und Anleitung von Grafikern / ADs
- Shooting Betreuung
- Umsetzung und Begleitung von Kampagnen und Einzelprojekten auf Filmdrehs und Fotoshootings
