**The Team**

This is an opportunity to join one of Europe's most widely recognised and much loved fashion retailers, currently going through a digital transformation that's aimed at placing our consumers at the heart of everything we do.

This role will offer you the opportunity to take on a lead role, overseeing and optimising the organisations marketing strategic framework and operations. You will work very closely with our Head of Marketing, Range Product teams and country organisations, where you will focus on streamlining operations and refining our strategic approach.

You will be supported by a fantastic marketing team of circa 40+ people and will co-manage a marketing budget of €XXXm +.

Driving business development, directly impacting C&A's market positioning and marketing effectiveness, all whilst creating a holistic and common approach within a high functioning marketing department, will be your primary day to day goal.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a marketing strategic framework that outlines goals, KPIs, and tactics.
- Implement marketing automation tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve marketing efficiency.
- Analyse marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient alloca-on of resources.
- Lead the development of marketing performance dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine target audience segmentation and messaging.
- Assess and select appropriate marketing channels for campaigns.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the marketing department.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy.

**Useful Experience**

You may have experience in a mix of the following areas:

- Significant experience (10 years+) in strategic marketing - both online and offline, eg Business Development, Strategy Consultant, Marketing Transformation or similar
- Experience working within a retail or consumer environment (ideally fashion or lifestyle)
- Proven ability to think strategically and drive business-minded marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative growth mindset.
