Key Responsibilities for This Role Include
- Supports management of the company’s Customer Engagement programs (CEPs), in particular Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and Market Research Programs (MRPs) as well as digital engagement programs.
- Being responsible for handling of new CEP requests and ensuring compliant conduct of CEPs in line with the companies and regulatory standards and procedures.
- Acting as an interface between the pharmacovigilance and the marketing department to facilitate the conduct of CEPs.
- Handling of shared Mailbox and allocation of activities to different team members.
- Train key stakeholders on the CEP Process.
- Answering queries from different stakeholders related to CEPs.
- Monthly Listing and report generation.
- Monthly inventory check and reconciliation of data.
The Minimum Qualifications For This Role Are
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline. A Masters or higher degree desirable
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience on Pharmacovigilance process management for customer engagement programs.
- Knowledge in pharmacovigilance regulations and procedures
- Experience in handling of Market Research Programs (MRPs) and Patient Support Programs (PSPs)
- Strong communication skills
- Regulatory and compliance experience and mindset to ensure compliant business process of Customer Engagement Program Handling
- Excellent documentation practices
- International and functional working experience in Pharma Industry
- Strong team player willing to take on and support other activities outside core expertise as required to develop the future of the department.
- Valid Work Permit
