**About the Role**:
Our partner company, a fast-growing player in the Climate Tech industry, is looking for a **Sales Development Representative** to join their team and help drive B2B sales in the DACH region. As a key member of the team, you will focus on outbound sales efforts, prospecting, and engaging potential clients in the sustainability and climate action space.
**What You'll Do**:
- **Sales Funnel Management**: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for B2B customers and strategic partnerships.
- **Customer Engagement**: Present the company's SaaS solutions to decision-makers, conducting discovery calls and demo meetings.
- **Sales Strategy**: Work closely with management to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop targeted sales strategies.
- **Market Expertise**: Stay informed on climate tech, net-zero emissions, and sustainability to engage meaningfully with clients.
**Requirements**:
- **Must-Have Skills**:
- Fluency in **German (C2)** and **English (C1)**.
- Passion for sustainability and climate action.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.
- **Nice-to-Have Skills**:
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or a related field.
- Background in cold outreach and deal closing.
