Legal Counsel

As a successful, fast-growing software company, we are constantly faced with new legal issues, both nationally and internationally.- Are you familiar with terms and conditions, NDAs and W-8s? Are you looking for a responsible role in a dynamic and international environment that you can tackle with enthusiasm and entrepreneurial pragmatism together with 5 other legal experts?- We are looking for an expert for all legal matters for a limited period of 1 year full-time or for at least 20 hours/week.YOUR TASKS
- You will support all legal issues in the company, especially in the areas of contract law, commercial law, corporate law, trademark and patent law, and IT law
- You will prepare and review contracts and legal documents in English and German
- You will collaborate and coordinate with various departments
- You will manage central contract management
- You will participate in legal projects

YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully passed two state examinations or completed studies in business law
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a legal department in an international company
- You have experience in contract law, business law, and corporate law (must-have), with IT law and trademark and patent law (nice-to-have)
- You have a basic technical understanding of software solutions and an interest in expanding this knowledge further
- You are curious and proactively committed to legal tech projects
- You work independently, in a structured, analytical manner, and have strong communication skills
- You are a team player, committed, and highly self-initiative
- You have excellent German and English skills (both written and spoken)
