**Deine Position**

Als **Content Moderator (m/w/d)** bist du für die Überprüfung und Analyse von nutzergenerierten Inhalten auf dem größten chinesischen sozialen Netzwerk verantwortlich. Deine Aufgabe ist es sicherzustellen, dass die Inhalte den Plattformrichtlinien, gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Community-Standards entsprechen.

Deine Rolle ist entscheidend, um eine sichere, respektvolle und positive Online-Umgebung zu gewährleisten.

**Arbeitsumfeld**
- Modernes Open-Space-Büro im Stadtzentrum von Lissabon
- 40 Stunden pro Woche, 5 Tage pro Woche (variable und rotierende Schichten)
- Nachtschichten möglich (8-Stunden-Schichten)
- Internationales Team (30+ Nationalitäten, Durchschnittsalter 25 Jahre)

**Gehalt**
- **1.360 € brutto / Monat + monatliche Boni bis zu 200 €**:

Nach Steuern bleiben dir etwa **1.100 € netto zur freien Verfügung**.Die Lebenshaltungskosten in Portugal sind rund **30 % niedriger als in Deutschland**.

**Gesuchtes Profil**
- EU-Staatsangehörigkeit oder gültige Arbeitserlaubnis
- Deutschsprachig
- Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
- Gültiger Abschluss
- Emotionale Belastbarkeit
- Einwandfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis
