WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN
- Aufbau, Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines umfassenden Enterprise Architecture Repositorys in LeanIX
- Nutzung von LeanIX zur Analyse bestehender Technologien, Anwendungen und Datenflüsse, Identifikation von Redundanzen, Risiken und Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Architektur
- Dokumentation und Pflege von Architekturstandards und -richtlinien in LeanIX
- Management und Pflege des Technoligieportfolios im EA-Tool, inklusive Definition von Lifecyle-Strategien für Anwendungen und Technologien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT- und Geschäftsbereichen zur Integration von LeanIX in bestehende Prozesse, z.B. im Bereich Application Portfolio Managament, Technology Risk Management oder Cloud Transformation
- Verwendung der Governance-Module von LeanIX zur Überwachung der Einhaltung von Architekturstandards, Sicherheitsrichtlinien und gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Unterstützung von Kollegen (m/w/d) und Stakeholdern durch Schulungen, Workshops und Beratung

**Diese Stelle kann an den Standorten in Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Neuenstadt und Unterlüß oder ggf. remote besetzt werden.**

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine entsprechende Qualifikation mit nachgewiesener Berufserfahrung in der IT-Architektur
- Langjährige praktische Erfahrung mit LeanIX, einschließlich der Module für Application Portfolio Management, Technology Portfolio Management oder Cloud Governance
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Analyse, Konzeption und Dokumentation von IT-Architekturen, einschließlich der Bewertung von Technologien und Anwendungen
- Vertrautheit mit Standards wie TOGAF, ArchiMate oder ITIL sowie deren Anwendung in der strategischen IT-Architekturplanung
- Fudiertes Wissen über IT-Governance, Sicherheitsstandards und gesetzliche Vorgaben sowie deren Integration in Architekturprojekten
- Fähigkeit, Architekturentscheidungen in großen Projekten zu leiten und umzusetzen, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
