**Faurecia’s VIE Program?**
The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world
PLEASE NOTE: as part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.
**Your position and environment?**
Our **Faurecia Automotive Seating - Europe Seating Division** is looking for you as a **VIE - FES **M/F for our site in** Germany, Lower Saxony, Plant Stadthagen**
**Your role and responsibilities?**
FES&P Plant engineer is responsible to deploy **F**aurecia **E**xcellent **S**ystem (Faurecia Lean manufacturing methodology) and productivity.
The role can be summarized in three parts,
- At Plant level, provide FES expertise (HSE - Safety and environment -, Quality, Employee Empowerment, PC&L - Logistics - and Production system) based on FES guideline to achieve operational business targets.
- Support to the Plant MOD cost budget achievement, through efficient “MOD cost management” & “MOD cost improvement plan”.
- Support FES network in our production units
Main Missions are:
- Follow up of the FES deployment plan, to support Improvement execution
- Provide according to the needs, FES knowledge and skills to the plant teams through training, coaching and education
- Identify and implement productivity potential, improvement and support saving actions deployment
- Contribute to deploy FES culture at Supervisors & GAP Leader level
- Support SW (Standardize Work document) construction and adherence
- Support the implementation of FES improvement tools for production reliability, change over Standards (flexibility), reduction of Line stoppages, Line balancing, and overall MOD efficiency
- Contribute to the lead time reduction though the implementation of continuous flow, layout optimization, pull-system and speed up flows works.
- Support FES network Animation in the plant
- Propose and promote best practices within the Plant (FES Network)
- Participate in Division level workshops to test the new” lean concept” or advanced tools.
The mission will last **12 months**.
**Who are you?**
Minimum education level:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Engineering
**Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience within a production environment
- Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPI's
Skills and competencies:
- Continuous improvement mind set
- Ability to train and coach within the plant
- Ability to master change
- Understand basic financial KPIs and operational levers
**Language**:
- Minimum B2 level in German, written and spoken
- Fluent English, written and spoken
