**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation, maintenance and improvement of the environmental and occupational safety system
- Daily management of occupational safety figures and measures
- Follow-up with the investigation of near misses, accidents and incidents, as well as the implementation and measurement of the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinating the implementation of corporate HSE objectives and activities in the plant
- Planning and implementation of HSE days and events
- Coordination of all HSE-relevant topics (fire protection, waste, hazardous goods, emissions, explosion protection, etc.)

Qualifications:

- Good written and spoken German
- Business fluent in English
- Additional training: Specialist for occupational safety
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills, structured and reliable
