**Duties**:
The Office Management Urgent Hire (UH) serves as the principal administrative support person for embassy Principal Officers and/or Office Directors (Front Office, Political, Economic, Management, Public Diplomacy, Consular or Security) and reports to them directly and/or their designee, operating independently to ensure that administrative functions are performed effectively, efficiently, and in a manner that promotes harmony and problem-solving, ensuring other staff members may be more effective. The Office Management UH is the primary contact person responsible for the section's customer service to internal and external clients. Additionally, this position will also provide interpretation support to the RSU in Frankfurt for in-person, telephonic and video communications with external contacts in Russia.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum three (3) years of office administration and management experience is required.

Russian: Fluent (Reading, Speaking, Writing) is required. This may be tested.

For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
