**TASKS**:

- BU Brakes Controlling: Global Business Partner of BU Bremse Management
- Verification and analysis of R&D areas (capacity planning, developments)
- Monthly BU brakes KPI reporting for sales, margins and capacities (dashboard)
- Assessment of business cases (CapEx, innovations) and review of the BU Brakes profitability initiatives
- Analysis of BU brakes processes and structures with regard to profitability and improvement potentials
- Product cost analyses incl. target costing
- Preparations for the BU reviews incl. Alignement with the relevant location and function manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- University degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance/accounting or comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling; ideally from production industry
- Safe handling of business key figures, including cost
- and profit
- Center Accounting
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP ERP / BPC / BCS knowledge is an advantage
- Independent and analytical way of working as well as confident occurrence
- Strong communication and team skills as well as high affinity for numbers and IT
- Fluent German and English language skills
