**Solution Architect (M/F/d) Tractors - High Range Power**

In our Research and Development department, you will be working on future-relevant innovations for agriculture in a state-of-the-art environment. **What You Will Do**
- You will be responsible for Electric / Electronic architectures for legacy tractor products and new tractor programs
- You will be key leader in introducing and implementing new technology solutions
- You will be responsible for the technical analysis with the relevant system engineers for every new feature to ensure compatibility with legacy products and new program introduction (NPI)
- You will generate architecture and interface proposals with different trade-offs, taking alternative solution implementation strategies into account
- You will coordinate with the Global Architecture team to develop and deploy best practices across the E/E organization within AGCO
- You will drive the implementation of the “Future Electric / Electronic architecture generation” and ensure technical synergy between the different tractor brands
- You will identify and utilize development tools and practices to fulfill Functional Safety requirements

**What You Will Bring**
- Several years of professional experience in the disciplines of Software Architecture, Systems Engineering related to software projects and/or Electronic Control Software development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of agile methodology
- Excellent knowledge of the English language

**A Plus If You Have**
- Systems Engineering or Electronic Controls experience ideally in the agricultural sector
- Independent, targeted and flexible working methods as well as high levels of commitment and personal initiative
- Readiness to travel (up to 25%)
- Experience with automotive and/or industrial E/E architecture solutions and software development frameworks
