**Trainee in international property finance (f/m/d)**:
As one of the leading international commercial real estate lenders, we offer valuable insights into property markets around the world. For our clients in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific we are one of their primary contacts when it comes to the financing of retail and logistics properties. In our trainee programme, you will be part of our Special Property Financing unit, and will cooperate on all related workstreams and interfaces from A to Z. Additionally, our tailored career concept provides a great opportunity to grow personally and professionally.

**Darauf können Sie sich freuen**:

- work as a full-fledged team member with active involvement in all processes, including management of existing key accounts and acquisition of new business
- analyse financing requests from top-tier sponsors, primarily for commercial real estate in Europe, potentially in Asia-Pacific and North America
- perform research on property markets and their respective players
- prepare detailed loan proposals for the Management Board
- contractual negotiations with clients and lawyers
- monitoring our existing loan book and contribute to current projects
- For your professional and personal development, you will be involved in challenging activities from day-1 and take part in networking events, training courses, and property inspections. You can also gain practical experience in one of our foreign locations

**Darauf können wir uns freuen**:

- You have a university degree (bachelor's, master's, diploma) in economics, engineering, law, property management or a similar.
- You are business-fluent in English; another foreign language would be desirable.
- Ideally, you gained practical experience through internships, work-study student, or apprenticeship.
- International work
- or study-experience is an asset.
- You have great interest in the property sector.
- You are organized, accurate and self-motivated.
- You have a good relationship and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You have the team spirit it takes to work on complex transactions in a dynamic environment.
