**Sales Director (M/F/d)**

**Your Tasks**:

- Development and implementation of customer strategy in our business groups.
- Leadership of Sales Team including Key Account Managers, Account Managers and Sales Assistants
- Follow-up of existing projects and communication with key customers
- Initiating new project RFQs from customer together with you team
- Definition and control of Sales Budget

**How you could excite us**:

- Master in Engineering or a comparable qualification
- At least 8 years experience in Sales Management
- Already experience as a leader of a multicultural team
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
