Head of Quality (m/w/d) Lebensmittelbranche in Groß-Gerau

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung des Qalitätswesens samt Personalverantwortlichkeit, kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Gewährleistung eines hohen Qualitätsstandards sowie Mitwirken bei den Prüfen nach Lebensmittelrechts-Vorgaben
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung sowie die Rundum-Betreuung von Kundenanliegen
- Betreuung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens sowie Verwaltung des Budgets für die entsprechende Kostenstelle
- Durchführung von internen und externen Audits

**Was wir von Ihnen erwarten**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Studium im Bereich der Lebensmitteltechnologie oder vergleichbar mit mindestens fünf Jahren Berufserfahrung, darunter zwei Jahre oder mehr in einer Führungsposition
- Vorzugsweise mit dem Job entsprechenden Weiterbildungen
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (Must-Have)
- Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und fundierte Arbeitsweise

**Informationen zur Position**:
Die iw projekt GmbH besetzt diese Position in Form einer Arbeitnehmerüberlassung beim Kunden. Die Vergütung ei der iw projekt GmbH erfolgt auf Grundlage des BAP-Basistarifwerks oder nach dem jeweiligen Branchenzuschlagstarifvertrag (TV BZ) des BAP, insofern ein TV BZ beim Kunden/Entleiher anwendbar ist. Ihre individuellen Gehaltsvorstellungen könbnen hierbei berücksichtigt werden.
