**Job description**:
- Are you interested in joining an exciting team with one of the top accountancy firms in the market?
After gaining the biggest investment tax project on the German market, they're looking to expand their team with a mixture of experience levels but mostly within M&A tax. They're interested in speaking with Seniors, Managers and Senior Managers in Germany that are looking for a career shifting experience with fantastic benefits.
**What makes them different to any big firm in Germany?**
Firstly, no day will be the same. There is no such thing as boring work here. There is not a high turnover of clients either which for some may be quite good news. They currently also work with 6 out of the 10 top private equity global funds and also work with the top 5 financial service institutions in Germany. In addition to this, they also have a designated admin team who are responsible for looking after your day to day or even the tedious documentation that is required on a project-to-project basis. This would mean that you would be able to organise your day more efficiently, due to the time saved on administration. However, you would be working on the following core areas, in which you would require to have knowledge with:
- Investment tax
- M&A tax
- Tax compliance / International Tax
**Have you got any of the experience below?**
- Developed client relationships
- Prepared presentations and newsletters for a team for updates
- Been in regular contact with clients and tax authorities for tax related matters
- Reviewed and prepared tax returns and e-balance sheets
- Supervised tax audits and managed technical discussions with auditors
- Cooperated with international offices to process cross border tax issues
- Due Diligence auditing
- Provided tax advice on acquisition and sale structuring on a national or international level
- Been involved in contract negotiations
You will be provided all tools and resources required to succeed in this position and in the business as the firm is known to keep all sides of the spectrum equally as fulfilled.
