Because, we have an exciting opportunity for you to
**join our Data Culture & Strategy team as a**
**working student (Communication & Community)**. As part of the
**Electronics Data Office** our team supports our employees on their data journey to drive high business impacts through data science, analytics tools and learning.

**Want to be part of it? **In this role you will be working closely with the team in order to drive the cultural shift towards a data-driven mindset and get the chance to gain insights into the exciting data journey of a more than 350-year-old company.

**You will take responsibility **on important communication and community activities,
**bring in new impulses and ideas** and
**be involved** in content creation and the realization of diverse enablement activities. Moreover, our team will work together on strategic topics and
**co-create with the data experts** of our Data Office. As a result, you play a key role in increasing awareness of a data-driven mindset and supporting our data strategy across our Electronics department.

**Who you are**:

- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently, carefully and precisely as well as with global virtual teams
- Full of inspiration and ideas with the passion to realize impact
- Experienced in communication planning, storytelling and content creation
- Community manager who can engage with people
- Office365 practitioner (particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams & Yammer)
- Data & analytics enthusiast
- Learner, who is curious and wants to grow
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Palantir Foundry skilled (is a plus)
