**Your responsibilities**
- Collection, preparation and maintenance personnel files, records, presentations, reports, travel documents and other HR related documentation;
- Planning and execution of meetings and business travels;
- Management of related expense claim process and respective system operation;
- Organization and facilitation of Executives and/or employee events;
- Learn the internal HR policies and guidelines in order to provide day-to-day support to all employees and ensure high levels of satisfaction;
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate HR Leader and/or Management.

**Your qualifications**
- Completion of related job training or bachelor study in related field;
- Basic knowledge in employee service and employees’ lifecycle;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office / other ERP system knowledge is highly appreciated;
- Good prioritizing skills, strong hands-on and solution driven mentality;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean, German is a big advantage but not mandatory.
