As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives across Germany and other Central and Eastern European markets, with the support from the EU marketing team. The job holder must be able to develop and create content marketing strategies that align with the brand objectives and target audience with support from the EU marketing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and technical, to support integrated marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy & Execution**
- Execute the regional marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in conjunction with the overall marketing strategy.
- Adapt global marketing campaigns to align with local market preferences and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, project management and marketing) to ensure messaging consistency.

**Digital Marketing & Content**
- Adding and updating product pages and optimising website content for SEO, as well as managing localised landing pages.
- Create and localise marketing materials and content creation, including blog posts, case studies, video and product brochures.

**Event & Partner Marketing**
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and customer workshops in Nordic countries.
- Support distributors and installers with co-branded marketing initiatives and promotional materials.

**Market Research & Performance Analysis**
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed for better ROI.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with SALUS brand’s objectives and target audience, with support from the EU marketing team.
- Manage or contribute to local or international marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and technical, to support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

**Qualifications/Skills Requirement**:
**Experience**

3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably in HVAC, smart home, or industrial sectors.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong understanding of the Nordic and German markets, cultural nuances, and customer behaviours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in German language.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing in across Europe would be advantage.
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain working relationships
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritise
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive and creative problem-solver mindset which brings passion, enthusiasm and innovation to the creative strategy and overall organisation
- Capacity to handle tight deadlines and last-minute changes, and adapt quickly while remaining flexible
- Ability to work under high-volume workload and prioritize in an effective manner
- Ability to effectively manage and navigate through multi-faceted disciplines
