You will join a newly created digital innovation team and take the lead on the commercialization strategies for our innovative digital health solutions.

**Job Description** Responsibilties**
- Responsible for the product vision, strategy and roadmap of one of our digital solutions
- Lead interdisciplinary product team consisting of developers, UX/UI designers, data scientist, user researcher, clinical experts. Be the interface between all team members
- Formulate user needs, user stories and tasks and manage the communication within the product team
- Together with UX, conduct user and customer research to understand user behavior and identify pain paints and potential solutions, test your hypothesis with users
- Define, prioritize and mange the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Build business case for your product and Identify and define suitable business model
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Work closely with quality and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
- Drive the expansion of our product portfolio together with other product managers

**Qualifications** Profile**
- Min. 5 years experience in digital product management, SaaS product management, or go-to-market experience in healthcare, pharma or medical devices
- Proven experience in working in cross-functional teams and across different organizations
- Understanding of UX design principles, customer-centric design processes such as story mapping, and working in design teams
- Experience in agile methods like Scrum & Kanban
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform product decisions
- Proven track record of delivering successful products
- Passion for creating products that make a difference in people’s lives
- Independent and pro-active way of working, empathic, curious, team player
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus, but not required)
