Zur Verstärkung unseres motivierten Teams an unserem Standort in Köln suchen wir ab sofort eine selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit als **EHS Site Lead (m/w/d)** unbefristet und in Vollzeit.

**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- EHS Site Lead am Standort Köln
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie der unternehmensinternen Standards am Standort
- Übernahme der Funktion der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit und des Immissionsschutzbeauftragen
- Fachliche Leitung des Managementsystems für Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Energiemanagement nach ISO 14001,45001 und 50001 als integriertes System. Idealerweise sind Beauftragtenkurse bereits vorhanden.
- Leitung des Arbeitssicherheits
- und Umweltschutzausschusses sowie der Standort EHS Meetings
- Mitwirkung an den Inspektions
- und Kontrolltätigkeiten der Behörden sowie an den internen Audits der Gruppe
- Beratung der Geschäftsleitung und der für Arbeitsschutz und Unfallverhütung zuständigen Personen (Abteilungsleiter, Gruppenleiter, Betriebsrat, Beauftragte).

**Ihr Profil**:

- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im EHS-Bereich in einem Pharma
- oder Chemieunternehmen oder vergleichbar
- Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Techniker, Meister, Ingenieur) sowie technisches Verständnis
- Idealerweise Qualifikation als Immissionsschutzbeauftragter und/ oder Qualifikation als Umwelt-, Arbeitsschutz
- und Energiemanagementbeauftragter bzw. Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben
- Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit EHS-Projekte zu implementieren, voranzutreiben und nachzuhalten
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen (vom Mitarbeitenden bis zur Geschäftsführung)
- Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, flexibel auf Veränderungen zu reagieren
- Zuverlässig, Teamplayer sowie Hands on Mentalität
- Gute Computerkenntnisse (MS-Office)
- Gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
