- Laboratory Support in Haematology**:

Norderstedt (near Hamburg)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Perform lab testing activities for smear and staining devices, digital morphology, and other automation components
- Create detailed testing documentation and support data analysis and reporting
- Facilitate communication and information flow between the testing and development teams
- Assist in product management tasks related to testing, development, and documentation
- Contribute to improving decision-making and optimizing internal processes through analytical support

**Your profile**:

- Currently enrolled in a German university in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biomedicine) or have laboratory training with practical experience
- Experience working in a lab environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- You have time to work 15-20h per week for a duration of at least 6 months
