**What you'll be doing**:
- You create content for our employer branding Social Media channels
- Together with the team, you bring our employer branding live comms (meetups, events, job fairs) to a next level
- Together with the team, you work on a constant development of our employer branding and HR marketing strategy and its implementation
**What you need to be successful**
- You're studying marketing and/or communication
- You are an outstanding communicator and a marketer by heart
- You are eager to learn
- You are used to challenge your work and to measure its success with data and KPI
- Understanding the importance of employer branding for a company's success
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
- You are willing to participate in events and job fairs
