System Admin Working Student at Meet5

At our office in the heart of Frankfurt, you will be the go-to expert for all things IT hardware and infrastructure, working closely with our development, analytics, and product teams. Expect a steep learning curve, exciting challenges, and lots of fun along the way
Tasks
- Provide and maintain devices and equipment (laptops, mobile phones, peripherals) for the team.
- Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage and monitor our office network and IT hardware.
- Work with engineering and analytics to ensure tools and access are working reliably.
- Own and improve internal systems, from user account management to VPN and device configurations.
- Advance security setups, such as firewalls, access control, and backup strategies.
- Provide first-line support for our team, be the friendly hero when something breaks.
**Requirements**:
- Initial experience in IT administration or system support, ideally through previous internships, student jobs, or personal projects.
- Basic understanding of networks, devices, and operating systems (Windows, Mac).
- Experience with access management, device management and VPNs
- You have a hands-on and proactive attitude and enjoy solving technical problems.
