**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Managing, coaching and developing an automotive sales team in EMEA and build a world-class regional sales organization
- Responsible for developing the sales strategy of selected customers in line with the European automotive strategy by identifying market trends, customer requirements, competitive and technology trends
- Development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy (including product launches, technical marketing content) with a special focus on direct customer business
- Building relationships with top management at key customers as well as distribution partners. Supporting the team in the development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
- Responsible for the sales growth of the team and the achievement of sales targets. Development of sales strategies to increase market share
- Developing offers and conducting successful negotiations as well as ensuring competitive and profitable offers
- Close cooperation with other departments such as product marketing, logistics, quality assurance and RD to fulfill customer requirements
- Responsible for the sales forecasting process of key customers and reporting to top management

**Wen wir suchen**:

- Successfully completed business or technical university degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field or comparable training
- Several years of relevant experience in management positions in sales / business development in the semiconductor or electronics industry, automotive sector preferred
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills as well as goal-oriented and empathetic relationship management
- Very good customer interaction and relationship building skills
- Team-oriented leadership style and excellent interpersonal skills
- Very good communication and presentation skills, also in English
- Willingness to travel worldwide with good intercultural understanding
