Field Technical Delivery Specialist

(Installation->UAT->Pilot->Go live) - Perform end to end testing, including but not limited to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), - In coordination with the QA team to develop and execute manual tests and specific test scenarios to ensure product quality and flawless go live. - Perform troubleshooting and retrieve logs to identify, analyze, and rectify product failures on the spot. - Install new components or parts and resolve problems related to HW equipment, SW and systems in the field. - Work with QA, Product, and Technology teams to reproduce and help resolve critical bugs/issues. - Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate on-site testing activities. - Provide input for detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases depending on the integrated product platform and the business case. - Participate in review sessions and acceptance testing led by the Merchant or ISV partner. - Identify, record, and track bugs as well as follow up on any pending tickets. - Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. - Provide and maintain any required tech documents (such as technical flow diagrams, test book with main integration test cases scenarios) and training materials. - Provide feedback to internal product owners regarding potential improvements to existing features. - Post-GO live support (on-site and remote) and assistance related to the various integrations and products’ matters. - Organize on-site trainings for the customer regarding new products’ launch and/or integrations. **Requirements**: - BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field - Minimum 3 years of relevant proven experience, ideally within the Payments & Fintech Industry - Solid technical background with hands on experience in hardware and software deployments, as well as UAT testing - Experience with Point of Sale installations, android studio, debugging and logs analysis, QA processes - Customer focus with proven soft skills in dealing with clients’ IT stakeholders - Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and solve problems using technology - Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
