This is your opportunity to become a member of our Digital Empowerment team within E.ON’s Digital Technology organization. Our role is to empower all employees of the E.ON Group to acquire critical digital skills.

Digital Empowerment provides learning experiences in the space where people and technology meet. To empower employees, to embrace digital change. Structured digital upskilling products are offered that provide the mindset, skillset and toolset to transform E.ON into an all-digital company.

As Visual Designer & Multimedia Specialist (f/m/d) at Digital Empowerment you will be playing a key role in increasing employee consumption of learning products. You will be responsible for the visual design of learning products and marketing material as part of upskilling product team(s) to ensure that E.ON employees and the organization are actively engaged in learning on digital topics.

**Your Role**- meaningful & rewarding
- You will drive the design of visuals for upskilling products on topics such as Data&AI, Automation and Personal Productivity, including graphics, videos, PDFs, badges logos, thumbnails and more
- Drive engagement of employees by creating marketing assets, in collaboration with Communication & Engagement Experts. This includes graphic design for multiple internal channels (e.g. social intranet, digital screens, flyers/posters) in a variety of formats (e.g. text, animations/visuals/videos).
- Closely collaborate with experts from Digital Empowerment on UI/UX, Communication & Engagement and Media to enhance the UI of (accessing) upskilling products, on the learning platform and other channels, and the activation of their usage amongst employees.
- Ensure consistent ‘Digital Empowerment branding’ for recognition amongst employees and be an expert on E.ON branding guidelines to act as an advisor to the Digital Empowerment team.
- Continuously improve the creation, scalability and reuse of designs, based on data and measurable impact.

**Your Profile** - authentic & open-minded
- Master’s degree in Digital Media, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Arts or related field
- Extended years of experience in visual and multimedia design in an international matrix setting, preferably with experience with internal employees as target group
- Strong experience in Visual Design (images, illustrations, AI-based visuals, motion graphics) using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and graphic design skills (typography, layout, Color Theory)
- Skilled in video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and multimedia content creation, including prototyping and animation tools. Experience with Camtasia, Articulate and Synthesia is a plus
- Experience with (UI) Design Tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XDfor creating mockups and prototypes.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Passion for learning, people, technology and the energy transition
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and working in a product centric organization is a plus
- A can-do mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment and the ability to work effectively in a team as well as deliver on your commitments independently.
