**Your background**
- ** Education**:A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management or a related field is required, with significant experience working with transformers
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in R&D, product management, or technology leadership roles within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- ** Context**: Strong understanding of engineering principles, R&D processes, and technology development practices, along with experience in managing complex projects.
- ** Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
