Buyer/planner

**Job Summary**:
This position is responsible for the planning, organizing, and procuring of materials and services with

every aspect of supply chain management

**Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities**:

- Overall order processing: check order confirmations, track delivery dates, import shipments,
- check delivery bills and invoices.
- Create, manage, and maintain material, purchasing and supplier master data
- Optimization and reporting of inventory levels, ensuring delivery quality
- Perform cost analysis and cost reduction activities
- Active participation in supplier discussions and internal international supply chain meetings
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Purchasing focused on electro technology
- Merchant in foreign trade degree
- min 2 years of materials planning and purchasing experience

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Products: Word, Good knowledge in Excel, Outlook.
