**Description and Requirements**:
The Event Specialist is responsible for Lenovo’s event strategy to further build the brand in line with the business objectives. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Event Specialist will work collaboratively with Sales, Senior Leadership and Executives.

**What will you do?
- Organize Lenovo owned B2B events in DACH
- Manage the whole process from planning, concept, running the event and post-event evaluation
- Strong focus on concept and content to drive Lenovo’s Smarter AI messaging on events
- Establish memorable events with strong business impact and lead value
- Master sports marketing and leverage across all businesses B2B
- Consult stakeholders with strong content input to communicate our strategic approachManage and monitor the budget, adhering to financial guidelines and ensuring value for money with attention to detail and accuracy

**Who are you?
- 8+ years of experience in Event Marketing in a fast moving, international IT industry - or similar industries. Agency background is desirable
- Creative: Ability to think outside the box and develop unique B2B event concepts
- Unconventional: Willingness to explore and implement unconventional approaches
- Event Expertise: Strong understanding of the logistics, planning, and execution of diverse events.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring every element of the event is well-coordinated and flawless.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust plans based on changes or unexpected situations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Creative solutions for any challenges that arise during the event planning or execution.
- Results-driven with committed and passionate execution
- Efficient and reliable project & budget management, including excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accuracy and keen attention to detail, German being your first languageFluent in English
