ERP Associate (M/F/d)

If necessary, he/she shall address the issues to the relevant IT department, either locally to our on-site support team or to another part of our IT organization.

General Responsibilities
- Ensure the service provider contact points have the correct remote access to our network/server
- Document the solution and/or process for the critical issues (e.g issue in production ) and share the documentation within the IT Munich team

Manage Application Improvement/Change
- Manage projects assigned: draw an action plan, organize meetings with the project stakeholders, follow-up on actions pending
- Perform weekly reporting on current projects to his/her manager

Skills and Experience
- Completed diploma in IT or another domain
- First experience in the same function required
- Language proficiency: Fluent in German and English
- Good project management skills: first experience in project management required
- Knowledge in SQL management
- Knowledge of IT ticketing system (user and IT perspective)
- Good communication skills: build relationships via day-to-day activities
- Ability to connect with others: local IT & business team as well as with other IT departments
- Be solution oriented: Identifies a problem, separating root causes from symptoms, Identifies roadblocks to task completion
- Ability to request feedback: Recognizes when to escalate problems or ask for help
- Show commitment to Quality: completes tasks with high quality
