What can you expect?
You plan, coordinate, and track the status of all activities in the product development lifecycle
You provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring they understand and follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
You act as the main point of contact between the development team, stakeholders, and other departments, effectively managing expectations and ensuring communication is clear and consistent
You collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers for Sprint Planning
You ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy project and product requirements and schedule
You participate in Change Control Board meetings, report status issues to this panel as required, and contribute to the definition and deployment of new processes, methodologies, technologies, and tools to continuously improve efficiency and quality of the product development lifecycle

What should you bring along?
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
You are a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or hold an equivalent Agile certification
You possess a deep understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
You have solid understanding and experience over the entire System Development Lifecycle of software-intensive systems and experience in managing a cross-functional group of engineers
You have the ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience leading Agile transformation initiatives is a plus
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung erforderlich
