**As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, MedTech Sector, supporting Germany and Austria based in Norderstedt, Hamburg area**you will be part of the J&J MedTech Talent Acquisition Team and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for our Commercial Talent across these countries. The role offers working min 2 days out from J&J Norderstedt/Hamburg offices.
In this role you will work closely with your business ensuring that we hire the best talent and provide outstanding support and partnership.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver the best in class recruitment service for all internal and external requirements
- Development of recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers
- Be an ambassador for our employer brand.
- Full management of the offer process in line with Works Council, Total Reward guidelines and Hiring Manager.
- Talent mapping and provide external insights to help develop resourcing needs and business thinking.
- Supports the business with our inclusive hiring efforts across all our recruitment.
**Experience Required**:
- **Experience working with Works Council Hearings**:
- ** Fluent German and English**:
- Recruitment experience handling high volume roles end-to-end
- Experience working in an international organization
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience beneficial)
- Experience handling requisitions across different countries, including Germany and Austria

Als Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d) im MedTech-Sektor, unterstützen Sie unser Team in Deutschland und Österreich und sind verantwortlich für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess unserer kommerziellen Talente. Dabei sind Sie Teil des J&J MedTech Talent Acquisition Teams und arbeiten von unserem Standort in Norderstedt aus.
In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit Ihrem Geschäftsbereich zusammen, um die besten Talente zu gewinnen und herausragende Unterstützung sowie Partnerschaft zu gewährleisten.
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern und HR, um den besten Rekrutierungsservice Anforderungen zu liefern
- Entwicklung von Rekrutierungsstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit den Hiring Managern
- Kandidatensuche mittels verschiedener technologischer Methoden
- Botschafter für unsere Arbeitgebermarke sein
- Aufrechterhaltung aller Rekrutierungsstandards mit Hiring Managern und Kandidaten, stets unter Einhaltung der Governance und Compliance unserer Ressourcenprozesse
- Vollständiges Management des Angebotsprozesses in Übereinstimmung mit dem Betriebsrat, den Total Reward-Richtlinien und den Hiring Managern
- Bereitstellung von Talentmapping und Markt-Insights für Ressourcenplanung und Geschäftsstrategie
- Förderung von Diversität und Unterstützung von inklusiven Einstellungsprozessen
**Ihre Qualifikation**
Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Umgang mit Betriebsratsanhörungen
Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der End-to-End-Rekrutierung, vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Unternehmens, inklusive Hochvolumen-Positionen
Erfahrung in einer internationalen Organisation
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Applicant Tracking Systems (Erfahrung mit Workday von Vorteil)
Erfahrung bei der Bearbeitung von Requisitionen für verschiedene Länder, inklusive Deutschland und Österreich
