- Electro/optical high-speed analog and mixed-signal IC design
- Millimeter-wave efficient and linear power amplifier design in SiGe/CMOS technology

**Ihre Qualifikation**:
- Experience in the field of analog/digital circuit design and/or RF engineering is desirable.
- Good speaking and writing skills in English are required.
- Knowledge of German language is desirable.
